What Zeltor Labs is

Zeltor Labs (Raleigh, North Carolina) runs zeltorlabs.com: the MusicMind Report (browser-based audio analysis), Director (renders a music video from your track) and AuthentiScan (an experimental acoustic index shown as a research preview). Analysis and rendering run in your browser. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Plans and prices

Prices are listed on the pricing page. Today: Free ($0), Artist ($12/mo, billed monthly, cancel any time) and a release pack (3 clean files) ($4, one-time). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Cancelling Artist stops all future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Export didn't work? Full refund, no questions. If a paid render fails to download or is not what the export screen promised (clean, 1080p, full length), email hello@zeltorlabs.com with your receipt and we refund the purchase. For Artist, we refund the current month on request if the product did not work for you.

Your music, your rights

You keep every right to the audio you upload and the videos you render. You confirm you own the audio or have permission to use it. Renders on the Free plan carry a small zeltorlabs.com watermark and are for personal use. Renders on Artist and in paid release packs are clean and include commercial use.

AuthentiScan is a research preview

The Acoustic Humanity Index is an experimental score computed from acoustic heuristics. It is not a determination of who or what made a piece of music, it has not been evaluated against a labeled dataset yet, and no certificate is issued. Do not use it as evidence in a dispute.

Acceptable use, availability, liability

Do not upload audio you have no right to use, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service. The service is provided as is; we work to keep it available but do not guarantee uptime, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
