Core Thesis

The playbook works when teams treat production revision as a sequence of public reads rather than a purely intuitive call.

First read

Start with the benchmark that best matches the complaint: hook timing, groove pressure, translation weakness, or harmonic fog. Do not revise the whole record at once.

Decision point

Use one benchmark to locate the weak layer, then confirm it against one adjacent signal so revisions are not based on a false diagnosis.

Handoff

After the revision, rerun analysis and compare against the same corridor. The loop only works when the producer can see whether the record actually moved.
